We currently ship within the UK only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Delivery will be sent via DPD. Your order will be delivered on or after the second business day following the order date, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Click here for more information about DPD services.

Packing method

Ambient items are packaged in a standard cardboard box.

Frozen items are shipped in a cardboard box with insulation and ice packs, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee they will arrive completely frozen. Since they are not sent via a frozen delivery service, weather and other factors may cause partial thawing. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend selecting a date when you can be sure to receive the package. Please place frozen items in the freezer as soon as they arrive.

A packaging fee of £6.50 applies to orders containing frozen items. However, if your order exceeds £100, the packaging fee will be waived.

Delivery options and prices

• Delivery is not available on Sundays or bank holidays.
• For orders containing frozen items, delivery is also unavailable on Mondays and the day following a bank holiday.
• The prices include VAT.
