Frozen items are shipped in a cardboard box with insulation and ice packs, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee they will arrive completely frozen. Since they are not sent via a frozen delivery service, weather and other factors may cause partial thawing. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend selecting a date when you can be sure to receive the package. Please place frozen items in the freezer as soon as they arrive. A packaging fee of £6.50
applies to orders containing frozen items. However, if your order exceeds £100, the packaging fee will be waived.
