We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping and re-shipping costs, but the reason for return or exchange is not a result of our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and re-shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for products that fall under the following conditions unless it's a result of our error.

If you would like a refund, we will process the refund once we receive the returned item.
The refund amount may be reduced depending on whether the item was returned within the return period, the reason for the return, and the condition of the returned item.
Depending on the bank, the refund amount may be deducted from the bill amount for the same month, or the refund may be issued from the following month onwards.
