Products will be delivered the day after the order date. Please specify the desired delivery date when ordering.

(If your order is past 16:00, the next day's delivery will not be possible.)

• Next day delivery may not be available during the busy season.
• Delivery is not possible on Sundays and holidays.
• If a bank holiday is included between the order date and the delivery date, the delivery will be delayed by one to several days from the above table.

We accept returns within 7 days of the arrival of your delivery only for ambient items. Please contact us if you would like to return an item.

If the product is damaged or defective, or if the delivered product is incorrect, we will bear the shipping cost for the return, but if the return is due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for it.

Please note that we cannot accept refunds or changes for chilled and frozen items after the product has been shipped and when you accepted the delivery.
