The umami of Setouchi oyster extract is combined with bonito and kelp stock to create a mellow and deep flavor. We use special soy sauce blended with light soy sauce to bring out the color and taste of the ingredients. 25% less salt than normal dark soy sauce. The bottle has a double structure that prevents oxidation, and the fresh taste can be kept at room temperature for 90 days after opening.
