In order to allow you to enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients, we have been particular about not using chemical seasonings and additive-free. There are only two ingredients: kelp and black vinegar. Carefully selected domestically produced kombu is combined with slowly aged black vinegar to bring out the umami inherent in kombu. No sugar or sweeteners are used. We have added “root kelp”, which is the root of kelp and has a mild thickness. It contains potassium, calcium, dietary fiber, and fucoidan, making it a great product for your body.
