In mountainous areas, there is a large temperature difference between day and night, and high-quality rice is produced. It is a tenacious rice with excellent luster and aroma. Compared to the conventional level in the prefecture where pesticides are used 50% or less and chemical fertilizers are 50% or less, and the nitrogen content of chemical fertilizers is 50% or less.
